Here's some information of the Avaruuskatu facilities that are kept up by the tenant committee or by Hoas.

PESULA / LAUNDRY
Pesulat sijaitsevat A ja I-taloissa. Molemmissa pesuloissa käytössä pesukoneet ja kuivausrummut. Pesukoneet ovat maksullisia.
There's a laundry in building A and I. There are washing machines and dryers in both laundries. Washing machines are charged.
ROSKAKATOS / TRASH SHED
B ja C talojen välissä on roskakatos, jonne voi viedä rikkoiutuneita huonekaluja.
Älä jätä huonekaluja, pesukoneita tms. roskasäiliöiden viereen tai luhtikäytäville, vaan vie ne katokseen!!!
Kohteessa ei ole kierrätyshuonetta, mutta Fida (www.fida.fi) ja Kierrätyskeskus (www.kierratyskeskus.fi) hakevat maksutta kotoa ehjiä, puhtaita ja käyttökelpoisia huonekaluja.
Between buildings B and C there's a trash shed, where you can take the broken furniture.
Don't leave anything next to the trash containers or on the corridors, but take them into the shed!!!
There's no recycle room at Avaruuskatu, but Fida (www.fida.fi) and Reuse centre (www.kierratyskeskus.fi) will pick up furniture which is in good shape free of charge from your home.
KUNTOSALI / GYM
Asukasoimikunnan ylläpitämä kuntosali on asukkaiden vapaassa käytössä A-talossa pesulan yhteydessä. Sisään pääset oman asuntosi avaimella.
You can freely use the Gym in building A, next to the laundry. Access with your own appartment key.
KERHOHUONE / COMMON ROOM
Voit varata kerhohuoneen käyttöösi lähettämällä sähköpostia osoitteeseen avaruuskatu"at"gmail.com. Katso alla olevasta kalenterista varaustilanne. Kerhohuoneella on käytössä mm. elokuvateatteri, PS3, Wii, biljardi, keittiö ym. Oheiset säännöt sitovat jokaista käyttäjää!
You can reserve the Common Room for you by sending e-mail to us: avaruuskatu"at"gmail.com. Check the current reservations from the calendar below. There's a movie theatre, PS3, Wii, pool, kitchen etc. at your disposal. Note that these rules bind every user!
Kerhohuone / Common Room
BÄNDIKÄMPPÄ JA ASKARTELUHUONE / MUSIC ROOM AND HOBBY ROOM
Bändihuone ja askarteluhuone sijaitsevat D-talossa, kysy avaimia toimikunnalta: avaruuskatu"at"gmail.com.
Askarteluhuoneella käytettävissä runsaasti työkaluja ja jonkin verran lautatavaraa.
Huom! Bändikämpän käyttö on tällä hetkellä valitettavasti kielletty puutteellisen äänierityksen vuoksi. Semiakustinen kitara ja sähköpiano ovat kuitenkin lainattavissa
You can access to Music Room and Hobby Room in building D, ask for keys from tenant committee: avaruuskatu"at"gmail.com.
At the Hobby Room there are lots of basic tools available and also some timber.
Note! Because of insufficient sound proofing the Music Room is not in use at the moment, but you can borrow the semi-acustic guitarr or the keyboard.
GRILLIPAIKKA / BARBEQUE
Löytyy D-talon edestä. Asukastoimikunnalta voi pyytää polttopuita grillaukseen, sekä lainata muurinpohjapannua.
You can have a Barbeque next to the building D. Tenant Committee has some firewood that you can use as well and you can borrow an iron griddle pan.
