Waste management

The tenants of HOAS are required to separate their own wastes. The money spent on waste management is directly transferred to the rents, so in addition to being ecological, waste separation has an real effect on your own outcome. The waste manager charges separately for each trash bag left outside the waste containers and misseparated paper and biowaste container, so it should be emphasized that leaving garbage bags, old furniture or other paraphernalia around the waste containers is strictly forbidden.

Instructions for separating waste are given in the table below. At least biodegradeable waste, paper, cardboard, glassware and hazardous waste must be separated from the mixed waste. Separating other content requiring longer carrying distances (such as metal etc.), is left on the tenants consideration. Remember however, that all waste delivered elsewhere reduces the costs charged from the location.
