There are three saunas at Lintukorventie 2. The free saunas are twice every week in saunas 1 and 2 at 19:00-22:00.- On Mondays sauna 1 is reserved for men and sauna 2 for women.
- On Thursday vice versa.
Sauna 1 is located in the same service building as the laundry and the gym. Saunas 2 and 3 are in the other service building. Tenants can book their private sauna hours from the HOAS Leppävaara office.
Facilites managed by the tenant committee
Following are free services offered by HOAS. They are managed by tenant committee. If you wish to exploit or develop the facilities, don't hesitate to contact the committee.
Club room
The keys are borrowable from the current keyholders:
You can check reservation from the calendar.
When you receive the key, you accept the responsibility for the room for as long as you hold the key. Be prepared to bring your photo ID and rental agreement when you fetch the key.
Gym
The gym is located in the same service building as the laundry.
Pauli Toivonen is in charge of operations related the gym. Contact him if you wish to redeem a key.Workshop

Asukastoimikunnan hallussa on kaikenlaista yhteiseen käyttöön aikojen saatossa hankittua tavaraa. Ota asukastoimikuntaan yhteyttä, mikäli haluat lainata jotain. Toimikunta täydentää lainattavien tavaroiden listaa vähitellen.
